1. India only. BhaBha works only within India and checks your location.
2. Lawful use. Use BhaBha only for lawful purposes under Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000, the IT Rules, 2021 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Free expression. BhaBha respects your right to free expression under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India. Limits apply only where the law allows them under Article 19(2).
4. Harmony. Do not post, share or promote content that spreads hatred or conflict between religions, castes, communities, languages or regions, that incites violence, or that threatens public order or the unity, integrity, sovereignty or security of India.
5. Respect and safety. No harassment, threats, impersonation, sexual or child-harming content, or sharing of other people's private information.
6. Reports and action. Anyone can report content. We may remove content, warn you, pause or end your account, and report to authorities where the law requires.
7. Your data. We process your name, mobile number and location to run the service, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires. You can withdraw consent and delete your account in Settings. When you delete content it disappears from your phone at once, but BhaBha keeps a copy for 90 days under its retention policy, may release it only on a valid legal request, and then erases it.
8. Grievances. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
9. Governing law. The laws of India apply, with courts in India.
